Bookings are valid only for the selected date, time, and location and cannot be modified once confirmed.
Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled slot. Late arrivals may result in reduced or forfeited playtime without refund.
100% refund upto 3 hours of booking. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, cancellation, or refund.
If the selected slot is unavailable due to operational delays, the next available slot will be allocated.
Guests on the waiting list are not permitted inside the bowling alley premises until their slot is confirmed.
Guests must vacate the lane immediately after their allotted time or game completion.
Extension of playtime is subject to availability and additional charges.
A maximum of 8 players per lane is permitted. Additional players may require a separate booking.
Sharing of games between multiple groups/bookings is not allowed.
Bowling shoes are mandatory for all players.
Socks are compulsory for the use of bowling shoes. Guests may bring their own or purchase socks at the venue for ₹50 per pair.
Food & beverages ordered during gameplay will be shifted to the restaurant table after the game is completed.
Any inclusions (if applicable) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In case of power failure or technical issues, a replacement game or time adjustment will be provided. No refunds will be issued.
Management reserves the right to deny service or remove guests in case of misconduct or non-compliance, without refund.
The management is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Offers are not valid on bar nights, special events, or blackout dates unless specified.
Multiple offers cannot be combined.
In-house rules apply at all times.
